Louisville's premier black tie gala for the gay and lesbian community moves to the elegant Louisville Marriot Downtown on October 11. The evening will start with a host bar and passed appetizers, followed by a four course meal with complimentary wine. A silent auction filled with wonderful treasures will run the entire evening. Film and television star Leslie Jordan (best known for his roles of Beverly Leslie on WILL AND GRACE and Brother Boy in SORDID LIVES) brings his hilarious one-man-show to Louisville exclusively for the Ball. Finish your evening by dancing the night away to a mix of current hits and classic favorites. Tickets are $150 per person and are on sale now. Proceeds from the event will go to VOICES of Kentuckiana -- the area's only all-inclusive chorus and the Care Coordinator Program of the Volunteers of America -- assisting local families living with HIV/AIDS.
