Your participation as a sponsor will bring your company to the attention of Louisville's most active and involved citizens. This is the 12th year of the Beaux Arts Ball, and the event has been successful from the beginning thanks entirely to the support of many individuals as well as corporations.

When you purchase an ad in the Beaux Arts Ball Program, it will also run in both VOICES concert programs at no additional cost. Your message will be showcased in a quality publication and be seen by an audience of thousands. Beaux Arts Ball and concert attendees are highly encouraged to patronize our advertisers and many advertisers have been with us from the beginning. Ads are sold in three sizes: Full, Half (wide and tall) and Quarter Page and can be run in color or black and white.

For complete pricing, sizing and deadline requirements, please download our 2008 rate card:

The Beaux Arts Ball Silent Auction is truly a high point of our event.  We are proud to offer a large variety of items including those quirky one-of-a-kind items for which the Ball is famous.

If you agree to donate an item or items to our auction — we make it as easy as possible. An auction volunteer will contact you to arrange the details and then we will let you know when we will pick up the item from your home or business. In addition, you’ll receive a tax deduction and a listing in the program as an auction donor.

If you have questions or would like to donate to our auction, please call Michael Miller at 502.435.4676 or Michael.Miller1026@gmail.com.

Beaux Arts Ball Table Captains are a crucial part of the success of the event. We have found that this personal interaction also better communicates the fun and excitement of the evening.

It is easy to be a Table Captain — simply gather contact information, entrée choice and ticket money for your guests (tables accommodate 8-10 people).  Remember, you don’t have to pay for your guests’ tickets — you just coordinate the money and information. You’ll enjoy all the ball has to offer with the friends, family and coworkers that you choose.

For information and a packet to help you organize your table, call Michael Miller at 502.435.4676 or Michael.Miller1026@gmail.com.
